LAPTRAY

Approximate Dimensions 420 mm x 320 mm x 60 mm (d) 

Manufactuers are happy to cover any manufacturing fault up to six months from delivery to the customer. This would cover a fault in any of the components supplied by them and any manufacturing process undertaken by them in producing the laptray.

This would generally include things such as; the wrap covering the frame delaminating (coming away), the frame coming apart at the corners, the stitching on the bean bag cushion coming undone, any material fault in the fabric of the bean bag cushion, the bean bag cushion base coming away from the lap tray, the protective over-laminate coming away from the printed image, the printed image delaminating from the backboard mount.

Basically any fault which is down to the manufacturing process or failure of a component or it's constituent parts and would be judged on a case by case basis. We would not cover anything which has been caused by misuse or abuse of the lap tray such as scratches, dents, fabric tears, burns etc.
